WHERE AND WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?:
ORDER PICK UP WILL BE AT THE EVENT Thursday April 25th, 2024
If you place an order for pick up at the event you will need to be a valid ticket holder to enter the venue for pick up. If purchases are made by non ticket holders, they must go to the Box Office at the front of the event during open hours to
request to pick their order up. The Seabreeze Merch tent will have a dedicated
Online Order pick up line which will be open during Main Stage Event hours
Thurs 4/25- Sun 4/28 beginning 10:30am (When gates open) until the end of the
show each evening.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN
MY ORDER IS READY?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is filled and ready for pick
up. REMEMBER: Pick up is not available until Thursday 4/25 beginning at 10:30am
WHO CAN PICK UP MY
ORDER?
Individuals must bring a copy of your order confirmation to be eligible to pick up your order.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING ORDERS TO SHIP RIGHT NOW?:
The Seabreeze Merch Store is currently only taking orders for Pick up at the Merch onsite. We are not accepting any orders that are ship to home.
This is why the store calls your delivery address "Invalid"- the option to ship has
been disabled. We are prioritizing orders for festival attendees right now, and the goal of the Pre-Ordering is to improve the
attendee's experience with a speedier and hassle free shopping
experience.
WHEN WILL SHIP TO
HOME BE AVAILABLE?:
Any leftover inventory will be posted for sale on the online store post event for ship to home.
FUSIONS OUT OF STOCK ONLINE- WILL THERE BE A RESTOCK?
If an a size of Fusions has sold out online, there will be a limited restock available for purchase beginning Thursday April 25th for Ship to Home Orders. The restock will not arrive in time for in person sales, so will be available online for a restock pre-order.
